Role overview
Oversee on-site delivery of interior fit-out projects while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to support timely completion.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Track material deliveries, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and company standards.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.
Requirements
- At least five years as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer on interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Civil Engineer certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishes, and site coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple trades and quality under tight deadlines.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
