Role overview

Sales and business development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
• Meet clients to understand project needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market activity and reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of proven sales experience in the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
• Consistent new business acquisition of at least AED 10 million per annum.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai market and its regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Skills and languages

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
