Maison de Nova seeks an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a background in interior fit-out projects.
The role supports growth across commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail portfolios in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outdoor sales activities and follow up on interior fit-out and design project leads.
- Manage hospitality, residential, and retail project inquiries and negotiations.
- Build relationships with agents, consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and approvals.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and execution teams.
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client records.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of outdoor sales experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong exposure to commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail projects.
- Valid UAE driving licence and current UAE residence.
- Excellent client follow-up, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and an existing client network are an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Compensation includes salary plus commission, based on experience and interview performance.
