JOB POSITION: Site Supervisor - Joinery Factory
Duties & Responsibilities
- Joinery Knowledge – Doors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, etc.
- Blueprint Reading – Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Material Knowledge – Familiarity with wood, veneer, MDF, and other joinery materials.
- Quality Control – Ensuring standards and specifications are met.
- Documentation Knowledge – Experience with MIRs, WIRs, payment applications, etc.
- Time Management – Efficient planning and execution of tasks.
- Project Coordination – Managing site activities and resources effectively.
- Client Interaction – Professional communication and relationship management.
- Reporting – Regular updates and documentation of site progress.
