Site Supervisor
- Joinery Factory
Duties & Responsibilities
- Joinery Knowledge
- – Doors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, etc.
- Blueprint Reading
- – Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Material Knowledge
- – Familiarity with wood, veneer, MDF, and other joinery materials.
- Quality Control
- – Ensuring standards and specifications are met.
- Documentation Knowledge
- – Experience with MIRs, WIRs, payment applications, etc.
- Time Management
- – Efficient planning and execution of tasks.
- Project Coordination
- – Managing site activities and resources effectively.
- Client Interaction
- – Professional communication and relationship management.
- Reporting
- – Regular updates and documentation of site progress.
