Role overview

Boccard is hiring a Site Quality Control Lead for the Hinkley Point C project.

The role leads the Manufacturing Quality Control team and supports compliance and quality delivery on a major nuclear energy project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing quality-control team.
  • Oversee ITPs, non-destructive testing, welding procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Ensure right-first-time delivery and nuclear safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with project and client teams to meet delivery goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Business.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction quality programs.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, RCCM, and nuclear standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
