About This Role
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Management
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Coordinate project phases from concept design to final project handover.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Design Coordination
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project design intent and local authority regulations.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
4. Construction Supervision
- Monitor construction works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve material submittals and method statements.
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
5. Contract & Cost Control
- Review contract documents, variations, and project agreements.
- Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
6. Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues.
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
