Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman for a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing construction teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating tasks to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
include supervising skilled and unskilled workers, maintaining safety standards, monitoring the use of equipment and materials, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in operating and monitoring heavy equipment usage on construction sites.
- Hands-on experience in carpentry and general maintenance work related to construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and practices in construction environments.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and project designs.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the stone or construction industry.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s construction regulations and standards is an advantage.
