As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Junior Planning Engineer to join our growing team and help manage the b
aseline preparation, and project control activities for our ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Establish and freeze the approved project baseline at kickoff.
- Create regular look-ahead programs and develop effective recovery programs for delayed activities.
- Monitor progress against the baseline and generate weekly/monthly reports.
& Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: 3ā4 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Software: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
