Support technicians and workers in completing tasks efficiently
5.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on-site
6.
Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
7.
Maintain site discipline, safety, cleanliness, and work quality
8.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and management
9.
Check completed work and ensure proper finishing standards
10.
Report daily site progress, material requirements, and workforce updates
11.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies
12.
Be flexible and ready to handle urgent site requirements and multiple responsibilities
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction, fit-out, maintenance, and site operations
- Ability to handle multiple types of work and coordinate different trades
- Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gypsum, painting, and finishing works
- Ability to read drawings and understand site instructions
- Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors
