Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Site Foreman will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
include supervising workers, managing equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any site challenges.
The role involves close collaboration with other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team efficiently
- Proficiency in using and managing Heavy Equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Experience in Carpentry and understanding of soft furnishing fabrication processes
- Knowledge of Maintenance practices and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve site issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
