Job Title: Facade Site Foreman (2 Positions)
Location: UAEJob Type: Full-Time
Job Description:We are currently looking for 2 experienced Facade Site Foremen to join our team. The ideal candidates must have strong hands-on experience in facade works including curtain walls, aluminum, and glass installations, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily facade installation works on site
Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of works
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
Handle site issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain daily reports and site documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facade Site Foreman
Strong knowledge of curtain wall, aluminum, and glazing systems
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
Experience working in UAE projects is preferred
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
