An established KSA interior fit-out and joinery company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Engineer for its project team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and joinery work at project sites.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, project managers, consultants, clients, and main contractors.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and site requirements; monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the joinery workshop and production team for timely delivery and installation; identify site issues and coordinate technical solutions.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare daily and weekly progress reports, and coordinate project updates.
- Oversee carpentry, joinery, ceiling, flooring, partition, painting, and other fit-out work; monitor material requirements and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with project, health, safety, and site requirements; attend site meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant KSA experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out and joinery work; ability to read shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other relevant software is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and site execution.
- Strong site supervision, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A KSA driving license is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 4,000–6,000 per month.
