The Design Address is hiring a Human Resources Officer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role manages daily HR activities and requires an understanding of HR operations, Saudi Labour Law, and government HR platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Handle applicable government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and HR inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management on HR requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR operations or administration in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR regulations; familiarity with government HR platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a good command of Arabic and English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Candidates must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate; immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is SAR 5,000–7,000 per month.
