Manage site execution and supervise installations for villa and apartment interior fit-out projects.
The employer is seeking a Site Engineer with UAE interior fit-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise joinery and fit-out work according to approved drawings and timelines.
- Take site measurements and coordinate joinery factory production and delivery.
- Manage carpenters, installers, and subcontractors; coordinate MEP, gypsum, marble, glass, and painting teams.
- Oversee quality control, snag rectification, and readiness for inspections.
- Verify materials, maintain site reports, and update the Project Manager.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of UAE experience in joinery and residential fit-out is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation.
- Ability to read drawings and handle site issues independently.
- Experience in villas and apartments is preferred.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
