The company seeks a proactive, customer-focused junior customer relationship executive to maintain client relationships, address queries, and support a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact by phone, email, and in person; build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and resolve queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams; maintain CRM records and follow up with customers to confirm requirements and gather feedback.
- Support relevant upselling and cross-selling, and report on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office and CRM software proficiency are an added advantage.
