Junior Estimator focused on interior design, fit-out, and joinery projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates for fit-out, joinery, and MEP works.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams on pricing and scope alignment.
- Source and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare and submit tender documentation to client requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
- Support post-tender clarifications and budget tracking.
- Maintain material and labor cost, supplier, and subcontractor databases.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of estimation experience in interior fit-out and joinery.
- Track record preparing estimates and tender submissions for medium- to large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
Pay
- AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
