Site Engineer – Interior Projects

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities on the site and ensure alignment with design drawings and project timelines
- Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor work progress, address site issues, and escalate major concerns to project management
- Enforce compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and assist in material and resource planning
- Ensure all site work is carried out with quality standards and in accordance with BOQ and specifications
- Handle manpower and materials efficiently to avoid delays or wastage
- Review shop drawings and provide practical, on-site engineering solutions as needed
- Maintain detailed records of work activities, inspections, and site logs
Requirements
- Prior experience in **interior fit-out or renovation** projects is mandatory
- Ability to interpret and quantify from **BOQ, drawings, and technical documents**
- Strong coordination skills and problem-solving abilities on site
- Must hold a valid **UAE Driving License**
- Proficiency in **Arabic and English** (spoken & written)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
