Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in Sharjah.
The Site Engineer will oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate with project teams, and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
also include monitoring structural systems, managing on-site teams, addressing safety protocols, and communicating progress and challenges with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project management and familiarity with construction processes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in quality control practices, ensuring that work adheres to standards and specifications
- Educational background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction environments
- Previous experience in marble, tile, or other construction specialty materials is a plus
