About Your Team

Your Role

• As an Site Engineer, you will
• Review drawings and method statements to ensure clarity and feasibility of planned works.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and raise work inspection requests to QA/QC.
• Track and report progress on assigned activities to the leadership.
• Liaise with QA/QC to address inspection comments, non-conformances, and closeout actions.
• Ensure works are executed in line with design specifications and approved documentation.
• Support implementation of safety procedures and monitor compliance within work areas.
• Assist in compiling red-line drawings and as-built documentation.
• Participate in short-term lookahead planning and interface coordination.
• Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.
• Coordinate Fit-Out works from post-concrete handover stage across multiple floors and work fronts.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage Direct Works and subcontractors (Fit-Out, MEP, structural steel, etc.) in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all activities are executed safely in accordance with the project HSE plan and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, ensure compliance with design, QA/QC requirements, and ensure timely AAR issuance and area handovers.
• Interface with project teams (ALEC departments, consultants) and support delivery of finishes, documentation, and program targets.

What We’re Looking For

• First Aider certification
• Strong understanding of technical drawings & specifications
• Familiarity with method statements, inspections, & quality documentation
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams & subcontractors
• Good attention to detail & documentation accuracy
• Awareness of safety practices & compliance standards
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to BIM tools & document control platforms
• Understanding of testing, commissioning, & handover procedures
• Experience with testing, commissioning, & project closeout phases.
