Overview
We are looking for a Site Engineer who is responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out works at site.
The roles ensures that all works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines with out any delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities such as gypsum, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, joinery, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor on site.
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with design, MEP, and quantity survey teams for smooth workflow.
- Identify drawing issues or site problems and report for clarification.
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain proper finishing standards as per interior fit-out requirements.
- Request materials as per project schedule.
- Check delivery of materials and ensure correct quantity and quality.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to avoid material delays.
- Ensure safety rules and site safety procedures are always followed.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and inspectors during site visits.
- Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
- Ensure client comments are implemented correctly and on time.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing work schedules and daily plans.
- Assist in handing over completed works.
