About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated Civil/Structural Engineer with
2–5 years of consultancy experience
to support site supervision activities across our ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.
- Coordinate and review surveying works to ensure correct setting-out, levels, and alignment.
- Carry out civil and structural inspections, including material inspections and witnessing tests in accordance with approved submittals and relevant codes.
- Monitor safety compliance during civil and MEP activities and ensure standard construction practices are followed.
- Prepare daily site reports, logs, and activity updates for the Resident Engineer.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and snagging during construction and at project close-out.
- Coordinate with contractors and communicate with clients to resolve technical issues and support timely project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment.
- Previous UAE experience is required.
- Good knowledge of surveying, site coordination, and supervision procedures.
