Overview
- *We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a Sr.
- Site Engineer (Abu Dhabi Based)*
- *Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and supervise daily site activities, manpower allocation, and work distribution to foremen and charge-hands
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including manpower, equipment, and progress updates
- Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities for smooth site operations
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material requests, deliveries, concrete casting activities, and resource requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and documentation with QA/QC Engineer
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on site
- Prepare subcontractor payment certificates, inspection requests, concrete requests, and related project documentation
- Supervise subcontractors’ activities and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support implementation of safety measures, PPE requirements, and worker welfare facilities at site
- *Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in building construction project
- Strong experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC procedures, and site safety practices
