Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant civil engineering site experience.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in mega-infrastructure and aviation or airport construction projects.
- Proven track record supervising daily site operations, structural works, and subcontractor execution.
- Proficiency interpreting structural drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Experience with QA/QC compliance, site inspection requests, and safety standards enforcement.
- Ability to track project timelines, identify site bottlenecks, and implement field solutions.
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, consultants, surveyors, and HSE teams.
- Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills.
Role responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, structural works, and subcontractor execution.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules; monitor timelines, resolve site bottlenecks, and implement field solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, surveyors, and HSE teams.
- Support QA/QC compliance and site inspection requests, and enforce safety standards.
