Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma in Roads and Airport Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of relevant field supervision experience; GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with major road networks, runway/taxiway paving, and airport airside/landside infrastructure.
- Expertise in asphalt laying, sub-base preparation, earthworks, and heavy equipment management.
- Hands-on knowledge of road levels, compaction testing, and surface finish specifications.
- Experience managing site labor, organizing equipment fleets, and maintaining daily work logs.
- Strong commitment to site safety and quality control.
- Able to coordinate with site engineers, land surveyors, and safety officers.
Role duties
- Supervise road and airport infrastructure field work, including runway and taxiway paving.
- Oversee asphalt laying, sub-base preparation, and earthworks.
- Manage site labor and equipment fleets and maintain daily work logs.
- Monitor levels, compaction testing, surface finish, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate with site engineers, land surveyors, and safety officers.
