Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in infrastructure, civil works, or airport tender and active project estimation.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD/Excel quantity take-off workflows.
- Experience preparing BOQs, rate analyses, S-curves, and progress reports.
- Experience tracking schedule variances, updating baseline schedules, and analyzing project delays.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial understanding of construction contracts.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, procurement teams, and commercial departments.
