- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure that facade designs meet specifications and requirements.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth execution of facade installation.
- Conduct regular inspections on-site to ensure that work is being carried out according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the site team regarding facade installation techniques and best practices.
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, proposing effective solutions to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets on the assigned tasks, reporting any deviations or delays to the project manager.
- Conduct regular workshops to the site team to review progress, address concerns, and provide updates on project milestones.
