- Degree – Any Engineering Degree or higher qualification
- Minimum 15+ years of project execution experience with at least 7+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in high-rise towers, large-scale developments, residential villas, and full project lifecycle delivery
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and international construction standards
- Proficiency in construction and project management software
- Strong leadership, team building, and conflict management skills
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Dynamic personality with a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage change, take calculated risks, and maintain strong working relationships
