Sadaf Group seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Site Engineer for interior fit-out projects.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress in line with company standards.
- Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and project documentation.
- Resolve site issues efficiently and support timely project completion.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in interior fit-out or construction.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Good understanding of site execution, drawings, and project coordination.
- Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors effectively.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
