The role ensures interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, and installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and quality standards.
Workplace and Employment
- Job type: Full-Time.
- Work location: In person in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project-specific QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Inspect interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, workmanship, and installations for compliance and quality.
- Prepare and maintain IRs, MIRs, NCRs, snagging reports, and QA/QC records.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and close snagging and outstanding items.
- Maintain project QA/QC documentation and support continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Previous QA/QC experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
- UAE interior fit-out experience is advantageous.
