Sadaf Group is seeking an MEP Fit-Out Engineer with Data Centre project experience in Dubai.
The role coordinates and supervises MEP fit-out activities to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP fit-out works for Data Centre projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise HVAC, precision cooling, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and BMS works.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, quality, and execution.
- Coordinate MEP testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, safety, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1 year of MEP fit-out experience.
- Good knowledge of Data Centre MEP systems, including HVAC, precision cooling, UPS, generators, LV/ELV, BMS, and fire fighting.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- UAE driving licence and immediate availability are advantageous.
