Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and labor teams
- Monitor progress and report any delays or issues
2. Technical Support
- Interpret drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
- Resolve on-site technical issues and discrepancies
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams for clarifications
3. Project Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure materials and resources are available on time
- Coordinate with different departments (QA/QC, HSE, Planning)
4. Quality Control
- Ensure work meets required quality standards
- Conduct inspections and prepare inspection requests (IRs)
- Work closely with QA/QC engineers for approvals
5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed on-site
- Monitor workforce compliance with HSE regulations
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately
6. Material Management
- Check and verify materials delivered to site
- Ensure proper storage and usage of materials
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirements
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports and progress records
- Prepare work progress updates for management
- Keep records of drawings, approvals, and site changes
8. Measurement & Billing Support
- Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements
- Support preparation of invoices and work certifications
- Verify completed work for subcontractor payments
