Site Engineer (Construction)
About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily construction activities across structural, MEP, and finishing phases
- Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
- Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team on non-conformances
- Prepare daily site reports, RFIs, and material inspection requests
- Coordinate material deliveries with Procurement and track usage against program
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring and managing subcontractor performance
- Ensure all site activities comply fully with HSE requirements and site rules
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience on construction projects
- Practical knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP construction works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the MS Office Suite
- Ability to read, interpret, and mark up technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail, site discipline, and problem-solving ability
