Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Site Engineer at Civenco Construction Company L.L.C. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing structural and civil engineering activities, supervising construction progress, troubleshooting onsite challenges, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in on-site project management and site coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in quality control strategies and implementation to meet set standards
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and techniques
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and strict deadlines
- Knowledge of local construction regulations in Abu Dhabi is a plus
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is highly desirable
