We’re Hiring: QC / Site Engineer – Joinery & Fit-Out
We are looking for an experienced QC / Site Engineer to join our team for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Requirements:
-Valid UAE Driving License
-Experience in joinery and/or fit-out works
-Site coordination and quality checking experience
-Good knowledge of drawings, site execution, measurements, and finishing standards
-Ability to coordinate with production, site team, project team, and client/consultant when required
-Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills
Responsibilities:
-Monitor site progress as per approved drawings and project requirements
-Conduct regular quality inspections for factory-produced and site-installed joinery items
-Prepare site reports, snag lists, progress updates, and inspection requests
-Coordinate between production team, site team, and project management
-Report site issues, delays, and quality concerns to management
-Ensure final handover is completed with minimum snags and high client satisfaction
-Candidates with UAE experience in joinery, interior fit-out, furniture, or contracting companies will be preferred.
