Site Engineer

1.

Comply with all Saudi Arabian construction codes, standards and local regulations (including but not limited to Saudi Building Code SBC, Aramco standards if applicable), ensure all on-site civil construction works are carried out in line with the requirements.

2.

Supervise daily on-site civil construction operations, including but not limited to foundation construction, concrete pouring, formwork erection, reinforcement binding, masonry work, plastering, and site leveling, to ensure construction quality meets design drawings and project specifications.

3.

Coordinate with on-site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams, communicate work arrangements clearly, resolve on-site construction conflicts and technical problems in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth progress of the construction process.

4.

Implement on-site safety management, conduct regular safety inspections, supervise the use of construction equipment and protective equipment, ensure all workers abide by safety operating procedures, and prevent safety accidents.

5.

Track the progress of civil construction works, compare the actual construction progress with the project schedule, report progress deviations in a timely manner, and put forward adjustment suggestions to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

6.

Inspect and accept civil construction sub-projects, record construction data and inspection results truthfully, organize and sort out on-site construction documents, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of project data.

7.

Manage on-site construction materials and tools, check the quality and quantity of incoming materials, supervise the rational use of materials, reduce material waste, and ensure materials are stored and used in accordance with regulations.

8.

Cooperate with the project management team to complete other related work, such as participating in on-site meetings, providing on-site construction feedback, and assisting in the coordination of local relevant departments if necessary.

9.

Supervise the construction process interpenetration of civil works with other professional works (such as electrical, mechanical), ensure the rational arrangement of construction sequences, and avoid construction interference.

10.

Continuously learn and master the latest Saudi construction codes and civil construction technologies, improve professional skills, and ensure the scientificity and standardization of on-site construction work.

Proficient in oral and written English for daily work communication; possesses work experience on Saudi Arabian projects.

Familiar with Saudi construction codes and standards, as well as on-site construction procedures, process interpenetration and site management.

Capable of coordinating and communicating with on-site supervisors to ensure orderly progress of on-site operations.Seeking to serve as a reserve construction foreman for projects in the Saudi region, to be dispatched to relevant projects upon project launch.
