Role overview
Supervise and coordinate mechanical MEP work at project sites, ensuring safe, timely delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical MEP installation work.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical services.
- Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Review drawings and coordinate with Mechanical Project Engineers and other MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to prevent clashes and site conflicts.
- Supervise subcontractors and site workers and monitor daily productivity.
- Ensure required materials are available and meet approved project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects.
- Strong UAE experience in residential, high-rise, and villa projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
