Freesia Electro Mechanical Works LLC – AZIZI Developments is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer for the Burj Azizi Tower project in Dubai.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in plumbing and public health engineering.
- Mandatory experience on high-rise tower projects of 50 or more floors.
- Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and plumbing systems.
- Experience in MEP coordination, shop drawings, material submittals, site execution, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of applicable authority requirements and relevant standards.
- Knowledge of material purchasing procedures, vendor technical evaluation, and MV 11 kV work is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Inaxus and Aconex software.
Responsibilities
- Deliver plumbing project engineering work for the Burj Azizi Tower project.
- Coordinate MEP works and plumbing systems on the project.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings and material submittals.
- Support site execution and conduct inspections of plumbing works.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
