Responsibilities
- Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies or site issues.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, gypsum, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, and MEP works.
- Inspect sites regularly for quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requirement lists.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and availability.
- Coordinate trades, resolve technical issues, and maintain site activity, inspection, and project records.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety regulations and company procedures.
- Report delays, technical issues, and variations to the Project Manager.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and site workers.
- Supervise interior fit-out site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Requirements
- One year of gypsum carpentry experience is required.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
