Site coordination and supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site workers, and clients as needed.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed within the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, gypsum, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, and MEP works.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and report delays, technical issues, and variations to the Project Manager.
Reporting, materials, and compliance
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requirement lists.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and availability to avoid project delays.
- Maintain records of site activities, instructions, inspections, and project documentation.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety regulations and company procedures.
- Review technical drawings for discrepancies and conduct regular site inspections for quality and specification compliance.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders when required.
Experience
- At least one year of gypsum carpentry experience is required.
Employment
- The role is full-time.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.

- The role is based in person.
