Experienced joinery foreman sought to supervise and coordinate joinery and woodworking activities on site or in a workshop.
The role includes managing carpenters and joiners and supporting timely, high-quality project completion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and update supervisors on project progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades.
- Supervise carpenters and joiners and plan daily work activities.
- Interpret drawings and specifications and provide technical guidance.
- Inspect materials and workmanship and ensure joinery meets quality standards.
- Resolve on-site joinery issues and help meet project deadlines.
Role qualifications
- Experience in joinery or woodworking work and the ability to supervise carpenters and joiners.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; duties may take place on site or in a workshop.
