Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish. This position requires strong technical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage all aspects of engineering activities on site, including personnel, materials and equipment

2. Prepare construction plans and specifications for projects.

3. Manage relationships with subcontractors

4. Respond to any issues or complaints raised by customers

5. Estimate costs and materials needed for each project.

6. Manage the ordering of materials and equipment needed for each project.

7. Oversee subcontractors working on the project site.

8. Monitor progress of each project to ensure that it is on schedule and within budget.

9. Document any changes in design or construction that arise during the project.

10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the worksite.

11. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the duration of each project.

Preferable qualifications:

1. Civil Engineer l Arch Engineer: Must have fit-out experience

2. Healthcare projects experience is a plus

3. PMP certificate is a plus
