Industry: General Contracting & Transport
We are looking for a **Site Administrator** to join our team and support daily site operations for a transport and contracting company.
The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to coordinate between site teams, drivers, management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative activities at the site
- Maintain employee attendance, timesheets, and site records
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and transport departments
- Prepare reports, documents, and data entries accurately
- Manage filing systems and site documentation
- Support vehicle and manpower coordination when required
- Follow up on site requests, materials, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in transport, construction, or contracting companies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE experience preferred
