Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and highly organized professionals for the role of Camp Boss / Camp Coordinator / Site Administrator to support our ongoing West to East Pipeline Project across multiple site locations in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing camp operations, site administration, and ensuring smooth coordination between workforce, logistics, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, catering, and maintenance
- Manage workforce accommodation allocation and records
- Coordinate transportation (buses, vehicles) for site personnel
- Handle site administration tasks including documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Liaise with HR, HSE, and project teams to ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure camp facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Address employee concerns related to accommodation and welfare
- Maintain inventory of camp supplies and monitor vendor performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp management / site administration (preferably in oil & gas or construction projects)
- Experience in handling large workforce camps
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and camp standards is an advantage
- Ability to work in remote site locations
Preferred
- Experience in ADNOC or similar large-scale projects
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
