Role overview
Senior Brand Executive role within Al-Futtaim Retail and the SINYAR development programme.
Supports brand growth and performance across stores and markets, working with the General Manager, stores, principal, and regional teams.
Provides exposure to commercial performance, buying and merchandising, store operations, marketing, and brand management.
Commercial performance
- Analyze sales, margin, sell-through, and stock performance across stores and markets.
- Prepare trading and performance reports, track results against budget, identify risks and opportunities, and follow up on improvement actions.
Buying and merchandising
- Support seasonal buying, range planning, and Open-to-Buy tracking.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and logistics teams; gather store and customer feedback for product decisions.
- Support allocation, replenishment, and inter-store transfers to improve product availability.
Stores and marketing
- Visit stores to support brand and visual-merchandising standards and review stock presentation and customer-service standards.
- Coordinate local seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, CRM, and digital activities; review results and capture learnings.
Collaboration
- Work with Store Managers, the principal, and internal stakeholders; coordinate information and approvals.
- Support cross-functional Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations initiatives and represent the brand in relevant meetings.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail, Brand Management, Buying & Merchandising, or Marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales, margin, and stock KPIs; good analytical skills and strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
- Understanding of store operations and visual merchandising; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
