Role Overview

Ansett Aviation Training is seeking an experienced Simulator Technical Manager for its Dubai Training Centre.

The role combines technical leadership, people management, and project delivery.

The manager will help keep flight training devices safe, compliant, reliable, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a highly skilled technical team.
  • Manage complex flight simulator maintenance and qualification.
  • Coordinate critical failures and AOG response.
  • Drive regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead simulator upgrades, modifications, and technical projects.
  • Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive flight simulator experience is required.
  • Strong leadership capability is required.
  • The candidate should be passionate about solving complex technical challenges.

Workplace and Employment

  • The position is based at the Dubai Training Centre.
  • The role is full-time.
