Role overview

Lead the simulator technical team at the Dubai Training Centre.

Combine technical leadership, people management, and project delivery to keep flight training devices safe, compliant, reliable, and customer-ready.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a highly skilled technical team.
Manage complex flight simulator maintenance and qualification.
Coordinate critical failures and AOG response.
Drive regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Lead simulator upgrades, modifications, and technical projects.
Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Candidate requirements

Extensive flight simulator experience is required.
Strong leadership capability is required.
A passion for solving complex technical challenges is sought.
