Maxplus is seeking an experienced Signage Sales & Operations Executive for its signage division in Dubai.
The role combines client management, new business development, signage pricing, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the signage division.
- Handle existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit clients, understand requirements, and prepare costing, pricing, and quotations.
- Coordinate production, installation, suppliers, site surveys, schedules, and project delivery.
- Follow projects from quotation through installation and monitor costs and profitability.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and ongoing projects.
Signage expertise
- Knowledge of 3D and acrylic letters, LED and illuminated signage, channel letters, and pylon and totem signs.
- Knowledge of outdoor and indoor signage, wayfinding and directional signage, and ACP cladding.
- Knowledge of vinyl and large-format printing, lightboxes, corporate and retail signage, and installation work.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of UAE signage industry experience is required.
- Strong signage costing and pricing knowledge and direct client experience are required.
- Candidates must understand signage materials and production and be able to coordinate multiple projects.
- Strong negotiation, communication, English, commercial judgment, and independent working ability are required.
- An existing UAE client network is advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

- The role is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
