MaxPlus Exhibition & Events is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator in Dubai.
The coordinator will support exhibition stand projects from design and production through installation and dismantling.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibition stand construction, events, and related projects.
- Read technical drawings, layouts, dimensions, and construction details.
- Coordinate with 3D designers, production teams, project managers, and installation teams.
- Track schedules, material requirements, production progress, and project completion.
- Visit warehouses, production facilities, and exhibition venues when required.
- Communicate project requirements to relevant teams and coordinate material and equipment collection and delivery.
- Assist with site measurements, installation planning, and dismantling.
- Prepare project updates and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of technical and engineering drawings, layouts, and dimensions is required.
- Good organization, communication, and coordination skills; able to work across teams and manage deadlines.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, interior fit-out, or a related field is an advantage.
- Engineering or technical background is welcome for fresh graduates.
- AutoCAD or other technical drawing software knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to visit project sites and exhibition venues when required; able to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
