The employer is hiring Shuttering Carpenters for construction work in Qatar.

The role prepares, installs, and dismantles formwork and shuttering systems for concrete structures in line with project specifications and safety standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, measure, cut, and assemble timber, plywood, and other formwork materials.
- Install and dismantle shuttering for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other concrete structures.
- Read construction drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Align, level, support, and secure formwork before concrete pouring.
- Check dimensions and levels against project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, steel fixers, and concrete workers.
- Inspect formwork before concrete pouring and report defects or safety concerns.
- Maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
- Follow site safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Complete other related duties assigned by site supervision or management.
Candidate requirements
- Previous Shuttering Carpenter experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of formwork and shuttering techniques for concrete structures.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow measurements.
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safe working practices.
- Physical fitness for construction site duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
