Showroom Sales Executive For Paint Consumables

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in selecting suitable paint products and accessories.
• Promote and sell decorative paints, industrial coatings, waterproofing solutions, wood coatings, and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, colours, finishes, and paint systems.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, and retail customers.
• Coordinate colour matching requests and provide basic technical product information.
• Ensure showroom displays are clean, attractive, and stocked with promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the ERP/POS system.
• Cross-sell complementary products such as primers, brushes, rollers, fillers, sealants, adhesives, and painting tools.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and showroom procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum **2–5 years** of showroom or retail sales experience.
• Experience in **paints, coatings, building materials, hardware, construction, or home improvement products** is highly preferred.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
